At meeting held on 08 January 2020
CSB Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 08 January 2020 has appointed B.K. Divakara as the interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Bank with effect from 05 February 2020, in place of V. Maheswari, the current Chief Financial Officer, who has opted for voluntary retirement under the Employees' Pension Regulation of the Bank and has been accepted by the Board in the said meeting.Divakara is further designated as the Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank with effect from 05 February 2020.
Maheswari, will step down from the position of the CFO with effect from the close of office hours on 04 February 2020 and also cease to be Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank with effect from the said date.
The Bank will immediately commence the search for the next Chief Financial Officer.
