Board of Infosys recommends dividend

Of Rs 30 per share

Infosys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 October 2014, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 30 per equity Share (i.e. 600%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
