TVS Electronics announces change in directorate

With effect from 30 Septmeber 2014

TVS Electronics announced that the following changes have been taken place on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 30 September 2014:

1. Nagendra Palle has been appointed as an Independent Director.

2. H Lakshmanan a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director has resigned.
