At meeting held on 24 December 2014
Kappac Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 December 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:- To Appoint Arun Vaghasiya and Rakesh Vekariya as additional Director w.e.f. 22 December 2014 and to accept resignation of Harleen Singh Kathuria w.e.f. 22 December 2014 from the board of Director of the Company.
