Board of Kusam Electrical Industries appoints director

With effect from 28 April 2016

Kusam Electrical Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2016, inter alia, has concluded the following business -

1. Approved the appointment of Damini Jhunjhunwala as an Additional Independent Director, member of the Audit Committee and Member of Nomination & Remuneration committee of the Company.

2. Approved the appointment of Dr. S. K Jain, Practising Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2015-16.

3. Matter of appointment of Internal Auditor will be taken in the next Board Meeting.
