McNally Bharat Engineering Company announced that as a part of its business realignment strategy, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 23 October 2015 has decided to transfer 100% holding of the Company in MBE Coal & Mineral Technology India (CMT India), a 99.99% subsidiary of the Company, to another subsidiary, McNally Sayaji Engineering.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
