Board of Mindteck (India) allots equity shares under ESOS

At meeting held on 06 February 2015

The Board of Directors of Mindteck (India) at its meeting held on 06 February 2015 has allotted 16,900 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each under Mindteck Employee Stock Option Scheme 2005 to eligible employees who have exercised their options.
