The Board of Mindtree at its meeting held on 15 October 2020 has approved the following appointments -Dayapatra Nevatia, Chief Operating Officer as Executive Director (Additional Director)
Venugopal Lambu, President-Global Markets as Executive Director (Additional Director)
Subhodh Shetty as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
The Board has accepted the resignation of Jayant Damodar Patil, Non-Executive Director and Vedavalli S, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
All changes in directorate are effective 15 October 2020. The change in company secretary is effective 31 October 2020.
