Board of Modi Naturals allots 15.38 lakh equity shares

On conversion of warrants

The Board of Modi Naturals has 15,38,463 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (with a premium of Rs. 120/- per equity share) on conversion of warrants. Subsequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 11,11,79,340 to Rs. 12,65,63,970 comprising of 1,26,56,397 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
