Board of NHPC approves incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary

At meeting held on 24 September 2021

The Board of NHPC at its meeting held on 24 September 2021 has approved the proposal regarding formation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company by NHPC which will act as an investment vehicle and company for commissioned hydropower projects for facilitating the monetization of investment made, subject to approval of Government of India.
