Board of OM Metals Infraprojects appoints director

At meeting held on 10 June 2016

OM Metals Infraprojects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 June 2016, has considered & approved the appointment of Ram Kumar Gupta as an Additional Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 10 June 2016.

Further note that, Ram Kumar Gupta is not in any way related to any of the Director of the Company.
