The Board of Oriental Bank of Commerce at its meeting held on 05 March 2020 has approved the following in respect of amalgamation of Oriental Bank of Commerce (Transferor Bank) into Punjab National Bank (Transferee Bank):

Share Exchange Ratio, subject to statutory / regulatory approvals:
1150 Equity shares of Rs 2/-each of Punjab National Bank for every 1000 Equity shares of Rs10/-each of Oriental Bank of Commerce.
