Board of Pidilite Industries approves investment in CIPY Polyurethanes

At meeting held on 05 January 2018

The Board of Pidilite Industries at its meeting held on 05 January 2018 has approved investment by the Company in equity shares of CIPY Polyurethanes. The proposed shareholding of the Company in CIPY post such investment will be 70% initially, thereby making CIPY a subsidiary of the company.
