Power Grid Corporation of India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2015, have accorded the investment approval for the following two projects -Investment approval for creation of 400/220 kV substations in NCT of Delhi during the 12th plan period (Part B1) at an estimated cost of Rs 780.33 crore, with commissioning schedule of 26 months.
Investment approval for transmission system for ultra mega solar park in Anantpur District, Andhra Pradesh Part A (Phase- 1) at an estimated cost of Rs 312.94 crore with commissioning schedule of 12 months.
