Board of Prakash Constrowell approves fund raising and issue of securities

At meeting held on 29 December 2016

Prakash Constrowell announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 29 December 2016 transacted the following -

Approved increase in authorised capital from Rs 15 crore to Rs 30 crore.

Approved issuance of capital and raising funds by issue of upto 10 crore eligible securities of Re 1 each of the company through QIP.
