Board of Rexnord Electronics & Controls allots equity shares

On conversion of warrants

Rexnord Electronics & Controls announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 June 2015, has allotted 23,80,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 3.40/- each to promoters and non-promoters on conversion of 23,80,500 Warrants issued on preferential basis, pursuant to approval of shareholders of the Company accorded on 30 August 2014 in the Annual General Meeting.
