Board of Rollatainers approves appointment of CFO and CS

The Board of Rollatainers at its meeting held on 20 December 2019 has approved the allotment of Umesh Kumar as Company Secretary and compliance officer of the Company with effect from 20 December 2019. The Board has approved the appointment of Manbar Singh Rawat as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 20 December, 2019.
