Rail Vikas Nigam announces appointment of govt. nominee director

Rail Vikas Nigam announced that Ministry of Railways vide its order dated 10 December, 2019 (received on 19 December, 2019) has appointed Vinay Srivastava, Executive Director (PSU) [DIN: 08638850] as part-time Government Nominee Director of the Company with immediate effect till he holds the post of Executive Director (PSU) or until the further orders, whichever is earlier.The Board of Directors of RVNL has appointed Vinay Srivastava, as part-time Government Nominee Director (Additional Director) w.e.f. 20 December, 2019.
