Sankhya Infotech announced that Neha Panmani, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company w.e.f. 09 January 2017 to pursue future career objectives. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 09 January 2017 relived her w.e.f. 09 January 2017, the Company places its appreciation for services rendered by Neha Panmani during her association with the Company. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary Neha Panmani also ceases to be the Compliance officer of the Company.Further the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 09 January 2017 appointed Kishwar Fatima as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from January 09, 2017 pursuant to the section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
