Board of Saurashtra Cement approves take over of Snowcem's paint biz

At meeting held on 30 March 2021

The Board of Saurashtra Cement at its meeting held on 30 March 2021 has approved the take over the paint business of Snowcem Paints on slump sale basis and as a going concern. The total consideration for the transaction is around Rs.55 crore.
