Board of Shanthi Gears does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 29 April 2014

Shanthi Gears announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 April 2014 have not recommended any Dividend. The interim Dividend declared on 27 January 2014 has been treated as final dividend for the financial year 2013-14.
