Surana Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, by way of Resolution by Circulation dated 11 June 2014, has approved the change of Company's name from "Surana Ventures" to "Surana Solar" subject to the approval of the Central Government and the members of the Company in General Meeting and Stock Exchanges.
