Board of Tamboli Capital recommends dividend

Tamboli Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended payment of dividend @ Re 0.60 per share i.e. 6% on 99,20,000 equity shares of the Company of face value Rs 10 each for FY 2013-2014, subject to the approval of members in their Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 11 August 2014.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
