Board of Tata Sponge Iron approves change in directorate

The Board of Tata Sponge Iron has appointed Ansuman Das, Srikumar Menon and Shashi Kant Maudgal as Additional Directors (Non-Executive, Independent). Their appointment(s) is effective 15 July 2019.

The Board took on record the cessation of Dipak Kumar Banerjee, Manoj T. Thomas and Dr. O N Mohanty as Independent Directors of the Company.
