Board of Themis Medicare approves change in directorate

Themis Medicare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2014, inter alia, has discussed and decided the following:1. Dharmishta N. Raval was appointed by the Board as Additional Director being Independent Women Director w.e.f. 06 August 2014.
2. Hariharan Subramaniam, Independent Director, was appointed as a member of Remuneration & Compensation Committee. Stakeholder's Relationship Committee was formed with Hariharan Subramaniam as Chairman and Sachin D. Patel & Rajneesh Anand as Committee members.
