The Board of Tiaan Ayurvedic & Herbs at its meeting held on 14 November 2017 approved shifting of registered office to 405, Patel Ashwamegh Complex, Jetalpur Road, New Dairy Den Circle, Sayajigunj, Vadodara, Gujarat. The Board also appointed Vinod Jaigopalan Sarda as CFO of the Company with effect from 14 November 2017.
