The Board of TTK Healthcare at its meeting held on 09 September 2022 has accepted the resignation of T T Jagannathan, Chairman, from the Directorship of the Company, with effect from 09 September 2022. The Board has elected TT Raghunathan, Executive Vice Chairman as Chairman of the Board with executive responsibilities, with effect from 09 September 2022.
