The Board of Udaipur Cement Works at its meeting held on 30 June 2018 has approved the appointment of Vinita Singhania (DIN: 00042983) as an Additional Director, Shrivats Singhania (DIN: 02359242) as an Additional Director, Surendra Malhotra (DIN: 00271508) as an Additional (Independent) Director and Naveen Kumar Sharma (DIN: 0008152305) as an Additional DirectorThe Board also appointed Naveen Kumar Sharma as a Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. 1 October 2018, subject to approval of Members at the forthcoming AGM.
