Board of Ultramarine & Pigments approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 03 March 2015

Ultramarine & Pigments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 March 2015, has approved the following changes in the Directorship of the Company:

1. Indira Sundararajan, re-designated as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 03 March 2015.

2. Tara Parthasaraty appointed as an additional director and to hold office as Joint Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 03 March 2015.
