Unique Organics announced that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 October 2015, has approved the following:- Appointment of Ramavtar Jangid as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Aayushi Singh, w.e.f. 23 October 2015.
