Board of Vesuvius India revises final dividend per share

To Rs.7 per share

Vesuvius India at the meeting of its Board of Directors held on 11 August 2020, has revised the earlier recommended final dividend per share from Rs.8.74 per share (i.e.87.4%) to Rs.7 per share (i.e.70%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
