The Board of Viji Finance at its meeting held on 31 August 2018 has approved the consolidation of face value of equity shares of the company by increasing the nominal value of the equity shares from Re. 1 each to Rs. 10 each so that every 10 equity shares with nominal value of Re. 1 each held by a member are consolidated and re-designated into 1 equity share with nominal value of Rs 10 each, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General MeetingPowered by Capital Market - Live News
