Visagar Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 25 November 2021, inter alia, has approved and taken on record the followings:1. Sub-division of Face Value of Equity Shares from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 1/-.
2. Issue of Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 1/-each in the ratio of 1:2 (i.e Bonus issue of 1 share of Rs.1/- each for every 2 share of Rs.1/- each held by members as on the record date, which will be decided in due course in consultation with Stock Exchange.
