Board of White Organic Retail approves incorporation of a wholly owned subsidairy

The Board of White Organic Retail at its meeting held on 14 January 2021 has approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the company in the name and style of White Organic Foods or White Organic Snacks as may be approved by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
