Board of Zodiac Clothing Company allots warrants and equity shares

At meeting held on 12 September 2018

The Board of Zodiac Clothing Company at its meeting held on 12 September 2018 has allotted 11,83,081 Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis at a price of Rs. 169.05/- per Warrant aggregating to Rs 19.99 crore. The Board has allotted 17,74,622 Equity Shares on Preferential basis at a price of Rs. 169.05/- per Equity Share aggregating to Rs. 29.99 crore.

Consequently w.e.f. 12 September, 2018, the Issued, Subscribed a d Paid up Capital of Company stands increased to Rs. 21,29,45,960/- consisting of 2,12,94,596 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. The aforementioned shares rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.
