Camlin Fine Sciences announces closure of QIP issue

QIP issue closes on 01 July 2016

Camlin Fine Sciences announced that in respect of the QIP, the QIP Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 01 July 2016, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions:

1. Approved the closure of the QIP on 01 July 2016;

2. Approved the issue price of Rs. 85.40 per Equity Share, which is at a discount of Rs. 4.49 per Equity Share, to the Floor Price of Rs. 89.89 per Equity Share, for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers pursuant to the QIP; and

3. Approved and adopted the placement document dated 01 July 2016, in connection with the QIP.
