Capital First allots 57,600 equity shares

Under ESOS

Capital First has allotted 57,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the allottees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes on 17 January 2018.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 9,88,90,084 (Nos.) to 9,89,47,684 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
