Chemfab Alkalis announces resignation of company secretary

Chemfab Alkalis announced that the Company Secretary cum Compliance officer, K. Mohamed Ibrahim has resigned.

Nitin S Cowlagi, Chief Financial Officer of the Company will act as the Compliance Officer, till further notice.
