Creative Eye announced that Shiv S Sharma ,Non Executive Independent Director (DIN-01678453) has resigned from the said designation w.e.f. 05 July 2017 due to ill health.Further , the Board of Directors of the Company has passed a resolution on 05 July 2017 by circular Resolution for appointment of Mukesh Sharma (DIN-07840699) as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from 05 July 2017 to hold the office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
