DCW announces appointment of directors

With effect from 13 August 2014

DCW announced that the following changes have been effected in the Board of Directors :

Vivek Jain, Additional Director of the Company has been appointed as Director w.e.f. 13 August 2014.

Salil Kapoor, Additional Director of the Company has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 13 August 2014.
