Delta Industrial Resources will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2016, to consider and approve the Standalone Audited Quarterly Financial Results and Audited Annual Accounts along with Auditor's Report thereon for the year ended 31 March 2016, & to appoint S K Goel & Associates as an Internal Auditor for the financial year 2016-2017.
