Den Networks announced the ICRA has upgraded the credit rating for the various debt facilities availed by the Company as under -

Fund based term loans - ICRA A; Stable (revised from ICRA A-;Stable)
Fund based working capital facilities - ICRA A; Stable (revised from ICRA A-; Stable)
Non fund based working capital facilities - ICRA A1 (revised from ICRA A2+)
Unallocated limits - ICRA A; stable / A1 (revised from ICRA A-; Stable / ICRA A2+)
