Dena Bank allots 112.81 crore shares to Govt. of India

On preferential basis

Dena Bank has allotted 112,81,95,628 equity shares of Rs 10 each at issue price of Rs 26.99 to Govt. of India on preferential basis. The paid up capital of the Bank has increased to Rs 2259.05 crore consisting of 225,90,46,330 equity shares of Rs 10 each. The post issue shareholding of Govt. of India in the Bank has increased to 80.74%.
