DigiSpice Technologies allots 5.17 lakh equity shares under ESOP

DigiSpice Technologies has allotted 5,17,000 equity shares under ESOP on 11 March 2022. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 69,12,52,818/- (divided into 23,04,17,606 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 3/- each to Rs. 69,28,03,818/- (divided into 23,09,34,606 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 3/- each).
