Dilip Buildcon incorporates new project SPV - Raipur-Visakhapatnam-CG-Highways

Dilip Buildcon has incorporated Raipur-Visakhapatnam-CG-Highways, a new SPV company as a wholly owned subsidiary of Dilip Buildcon. The details of the company and its purpose are as under:

"Derelopment ol Sir. Lane Sargi - Basanwahi Section of NH-130-CD Road fiom km 42+800 to km 99+500 under Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economics Corridor in the state of Chhattisgarh on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package - CG-2) (Leneth 56.700 km). '

The company bid project cost is Rs 1255 crore.
