Net profit of Divya Jyoti Industries declined 35.71% to Rs 0.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 0.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 49.29% to Rs 52.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 103.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 32.67% to Rs 1.01 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 49.47% to Rs 192.65 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 381.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
