DLF announced that in keeping with the board resolution dated 25 August 2017, the Company; the promoter group companies namely Rajdhani Investments & Agencies, Buland Consultants and Investments and Sidhant Housing and Development Company; Reco Diamond, an affiliate of GIC Singapore; and DLF Cyber City Developers , have, on 27 August 2017, executed the Share Purchase and Shareholders Agreement, in relation to the CCPS Sale Transaction.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
