Dredging Corporation of India standalone net profit declines 7.48% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 9.79% to Rs 174.79 crore

Net profit of Dredging Corporation of India declined 7.48% to Rs 37.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 40.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 9.79% to Rs 174.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 193.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 27.66% to Rs 79.67 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 62.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 8.53% to Rs 663.66 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 725.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
