Electrosteel Castings update on scheme of amalgamation

Electrosteel Castings announced that the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company, at their respective meetings held on 10 September, 2021, have, inter-alia, approved, with requisite majority, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Srikalahasthi Pipes (Transferor Company) with Electrosteel Castings (Transferee Company or Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors, on a going concern basis, under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
