Elpro International to issue 3,11,28,820 equity shares

Under rights issue

Elpro International announced that the Rights Issue Committee of the company at its meeting held on 22 January 2018 has approved the issue of 3,11,28,820 equity shares of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 32.10 per rights equity share aggregating to Rs 99.92 crore. The rights entitlement ratio is 9 rights equity shares for every 40 equity shares held by shareholders.
